Having quite literally stumbled onto Birmingham’s world-famous Irondale Cafe a few years back, the old-school charms of this nostalgic southern eatery have given us a reason to return to Alabama’s largest city year after year. Irondale is the sort of place that calls back to a simpler time when America was ruled by the rails that crisscrossed this nation and the power of the locomotive drove not only the wheels of commerce but also change. As it was then it still is now, Quality down-home food, served hot, fresh and with a southern accent, hospitality and accompanying smile. All important elements of a good southern meal that prove just as important today as they did nearly a century ago.

More than a decade has passed since the 97x radio station first broadcast on Tampa Bay’s FM airwaves. In that time the station has built a loyal following of Alternative Rock listeners who have appreciated the music played nearly as much as the radio personalities behind the microphone.

Tampa’s Downtown River Arts District Will Soon Add A New 36 Story Condo Tower To It’s Growing Skyline

TAMPA – The developers behind the Skypoint and Element high-rise condominiums towers in downtown Tampa have proposed a new 350-unit residential riverfront project on city-owned land near the Straz Performing Arts Center.

Tampa Bay area developer Intown Group recently had their new 36 floor residential tower project for downtown Tampa’s River Arts District green-lit.

Having been fans of the band since sometime around 2009, we were all needless to say excited to see just how good the multi-talented SoCal band would be performing live.

The other evening we stopped by the Wiregrass shopping center to checkout their terrific holiday light show and Immediately following, decided to visit the well reviewed Pagelli’s Italiano restaurant. Curious to see how it stacked up against the local competition in the busy center, it did not…it in fact blew the competition away.

I must admit that while intrigued to try Texas de Brazil I was at first a little stand-offish given the seemingly high potential for a tacky ambiance or overly gimmicky dinner service; I was pleasantly surprised. In fact I was downright impressed, impressed with the ambiance, the quality of food and the quality of service.
