Pontiac's 1989 "Banshee" Concept
As a child it was a polarizing moment when my father and I picked out a plastic Revell model of the 1989 Pontiac Banshee concept…it was a design which would shape my vision of where automotive design would be going in my lifetime. Looking back now, it’s clearly comical where Detroit thought we might be by the 2nd decade of the new century and at the same time sobering.
